Forever our flagship and first love, this is the OG dumpling we all know and love. Ground pork marinated with ginger, garlic, scallion, soy sauce and MSG to bring the umami flavors out.
Crab Rangoon 2.0
We took the classic rangoon and added a little flare. Alongside the cream cheese and imitation crab (honoring tradition) we toss in a little lime zest, miso-pickled garlic and hint of chili spice. We recommend deep frying only…air fryers are cool but they get a little sad in there.
Spicy, but delicious. Ground American Wagyu beef loaded up with some spicy Korean chili sauce, and a touch of garlic. Not for the faint of heart or palate! Less than 2% actual tiger meat (0%).
Bacon-Braised Kapusta (Sauerkraut) Pierogi
Bursting with Eastern European flavor, this is like Slavic umami, and after trying what we call Kapusta you’ll get why this is a holiday favorite.
Potato and Gruyere Pierogi
Tastes just like your (possibly fictional) Ukrainian Baba used to make. Super creamy potato with nutty cheesy flavor and pillowy soft dough. 12 per order.

Braised Savoy cabbage stuffed w/ rice, buckwheat and pork. Topped w/ a creamy tomato gravy.
Vegetarian Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
